Established Oklahoma Home Builder is looking for Top Sales People with integrity, proven sales skills and recent success looking to build a career in new home sales.

Compensation: Base + Commission

Requirements:

• Sales Experience – recently demonstrated success in either retail, apartment leasing, hospitality or new home sales
• Self-motivated, coachable and looking for career development and growth
• Positive, passionate, and happy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Embrace a training program that includes following a proven process, asking great questions and listening, managing objections, asking for the sale, appointment setting and active daily follow up
• Good listening skills, strong work ethic, and a team player
• Proficient in computer skills, current technology, and daily follow up with a CRM
• Willingness to work weekends as well as stay late for clients as needed
• Happy to work hard and go the extra mile for clients to serve their needs and fulfill their dreams of home ownership
