A growing team of three advisors and 2 associates in a large financial services firm, with offices throughout New England, seek a Client Relationship Coordinator/Client Services Manager in the Holyoke, MA office.
This will be a full-time position. The hours will fall during normal business hours and can be flexible.
Qualifications include superior verbal and written communication skills, a professional and friendly phone presence, strong organizational skills, and an ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes quickly. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Client Relationship Management (CRM) applications is necessary, as is experience with professional correspondence. A background in Financial Services preferred.
The duties of this role include communication with clients, preparing client presentations, submission and tracking of all new business cases, maintaining a CRM system, management of website and social media platforms and general administrative support.
