Communications Data Specialist II

This position specifically supports the mission by providing support to the Student Financial Aid Office by processing all daily and special correspondence, creating and maintaining reports on the computer, facilitating adequate coverage and smooth workflow within the office and providing quality, caring, consistent service to all customers, including but not limited to staff and campus personnel.

- Understanding of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports
