The primary responsibilities of this role, Human Resources Compliance Analyst, are to: 
  • Maintain and improve the on-going I-9 audit process to ensure compliance with government requirements and provide training feedback to reduce future form completion errors;
  • Ensure compliance with DHS registered site requirements regarding I-9 forms and background checks; 
  • Monitor compliance with records retention policies and assist teams with records storage and deletion processes;
  • Review required audit materials from HR process teams and resolve discrepancies;
  • Develop an understanding of all HR processes within HR Operations to recommend improvement of processes and ensure proper documentation;
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures are properly documented and maintained by HR process owners in a central system.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (4+ additional years of experience);
  • 1+ year HR experience and prior experience working with data management systems;
  • Strong system orientation, proficient Microsoft Office products;
  • Experience working as part of a team to accomplish goals;
  • Demonstrate experience in working in an environment which required the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and multi-task;
  • Ability to identify and implement process enhancements;
  • Strong results orientation;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Strong customer focus, good judgment, organized, attention to detail, self-starter, problem solving and decision-making ability;
  • Demonstrate agility - flexible and comfortable with changes in work assignments as the scope of the role evolves;
  • High degree of initiative, must be proactive and analytical;
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP system experience;
  • Prior experience with I-9 administration, electronic administration;
  • Prior experience with Bayer/Monsanto HR processes and systems through current or previous work as a Bayer/Monsanto permanent employee, contractor or HR intern/Coop.
