Juice Bar Shift Supervisor/Manager

We are looking for YOU! Come be a part of a fast-paced and FUN full-service restaurant environment! We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated and high energy individual to join our staff as a Juice Bar Attendant/Manager for Baya Bar.

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering superior service to maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant’s good image
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Skills

• New York Food Protection Certificate highly desired
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role
• Proven customer service experience as a manager
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff
• Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $16.50 per hour

Experience:

• Food service: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
