Full-Time Customer Service Specialist

With the addition of several new clients, we are now hiring a Customer Service Specialist to assist with acquiring and retaining our growing customer base.

Primary Duties:

· Engage with prospective customers in the local market

· Spark curiosity in promotional packages and initiate the sales cycle

· Guide and consult customers through purchasing products

· Initiate conversations with customers and help with new customer acquisition

· Attentively communicate with customers and provide solutions

· Preempt common questions and concerns while handling objections

· Cohesively coordinate customer acquisition strategies with the team
