Call Center Representative

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

As a full- or part-time Call Center Representative, you play a vital role in the operations of our company. You make outbound calls to potential customers. Ultimately, your goal is to set appointments for our design consultants. During each phone call, you are cheerful and personable as you provide excellent customer service. You ask questions about each potential client's bathroom remodeling needs.

Additionally, you follow up on leads, reaching out to customers who inquired about our services. As you continue to improve your phone skills you will hone your appointment-setting abilities. You love having the opportunity and take pride in setting appointments successfully!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Positive Attitude and Mindset
• Open to learning and are willing to take constructive feedback to improve their performance.
• Persistent and driven
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to smile through the phone
• Willingness to initially work in the office

Experience in a home improvement or remodeling call center would be a plus. Are you positive and optimistic? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? WORK SCHEDULE

This remodeling customer service position works full-time Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm and every other Saturday (in office position)
