Our Company is a fast growing, leading landscaping and snow removal company in the Northeast U.S., with a particular focus on growing through acquisition (with a target of 20 acquisitions over the next 2 years).
As such, we are seeking a professional and detail oriented individual with excellent communication skills to be our Remote Customer Service and Office Manager.
We are rapidly acquiring other landscaping companies throughout the Northeast, so you will be a part of a thriving and growing team of companies and will have significant opportunities for career growth and to manage other branches should you perform.
This is a full-time position working 40 per week.
This role will report directly to the Northeast Regional Manager.
Responsibilities
Oversee all office administration and customer service-related functions for a growing number of internal landscaping & snowplow branches
Answer the main phone lines and ensure customer issues are handled according to procedures
Respond to and route all inbound customer and vendor emails and follow through to ensure issues are properly resolved
Schedule customer service appointments on behalf of our operations managers
Onboard new customers to our Aspire software system
Become an expert on our landscaping software system, Aspire, in order to route customer service issues and ensure resolution
Oversee insurance compliance paperwork
Maintain proper state and federal licenses for business operations
Ensure all registrations and inspections are up to date for vehicles and trailers
Oversee health insurance programs and other employee benefit programs
Support our hiring managers by filtering job applicants and conducting interviews
Help complete hiring paperwork
Other clerical and data entry work as needed
Support data entry work to facilitate the acquisition of new landscaping branches throughout the region
Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems for all branches
Qualifications
3+ years in Office Management and/or Customer Service roles
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Skilled in customer service management
Extremely detail oriented
Proficient in technology (MS Office and landscaping costing/estimating packages)
Human Resource Management and knowledge of the Landscaping industry is a plus
Knowledge of Aspire landscaping software is a plus
City: Can work from home, but must live in the Albany/Hudson Valley region/Westchester region
Compensation Range for Position: $19.00 - $26.50 per hour. Paid time off.
