Prominent New York Law Firm seeking mid-level general corporate associate to join 40+ attorney NY Firm. Successful candidates will have minimum 2+ years of experience. The position will involve a broad range of work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, loan and financing transactions, commercial agreements, private equity/venture capital investments, corporate housekeeping, etc. The firm offers a collegial work environment to establish a reasonable work/life balance.
