We are seeking an Office Manager Administrative Assistant to join our client's close knit team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success in the deliver of superior customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other documents
- Assist with oversight & training of new office staff
- Plan and schedule appointments and coordinate services
- Answer inbound telephone calls from potentially frazzled people and assist them
- Track service jobs
- Input client data to customized system you will learn
- Perform a range office tasks
