Our fast paced apparel and accesories company has an immediate opening for a friendly Customer Service Representative in our Santa Clarita Valley office.
Assist customers via telephone and email, support customers throughout order process, perform order entry and general clerical duties associated with client accounts. Will process returns where applicable as well.
We are seeking a candidate with at least 1-2 years of Customer Service experience in a business office/call center. E-commerce experience is ideal.
Candidates must have Basic MS Office skills and should type at least 40wpm.
Resumes should reflect stable employment history.
