Our busy Customer Support team is looking to immediately add new member who will assist with day to day Customer Service and clerical duties.
Our Valencia office has a opening for a customer oriented candidate to respond to inbound calls and emails, update client accounts, assist with order process and process returns where applicable.
Candidates should have at least 1+ years of call center experience. We prefer candidates who have worked in product oriented environments.
Candidates should type at least 35 wpm and be easily able to adapt to our customized computer program.
We work in MS Excel daily. Candidates should have basic skills to update existing reports.
