You need good phone skills, typing 35+ wpm, detail orientation with some math ability to perform basic size/price calculations and good work habits.
You will learn various support tasks in the call center/customer service center and then grow into handling live customer transactions and on-line orders as well.
Work Monday through Friday either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Our training wage is $13.25. Candidates are eligible for gradual increases based on training performance and product knowledge which can increase the wage as much as $2.50 per hour.
