Well established Valencia area employer currently seeking an enthusiastic, career minded Call Center Agent to assist our customers with their telephone orders (This is NOT a sales position). Key Job Responsibilities include:
· Respond to incoming and customer service calls in an enthusiastic and professional manner to exceed customer expectations
· Assist with order process including providing product knowledge
. Listen to and resolve common customer concerns
· Accurately enter customer order information into Customer Relationship Management database
· Exceed performance expectations.
· Minimum 1 year customer service/call center experience
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrated problem solving ability
· Call Center experience
· Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish is highly desirable.
