Job Description
Customer friendly Rep needed in our Santa Clarita Valley office for duties such as:
- Respond to inbound calls
- Respond to emails
- Support Customers and assist with order process
- Track and follow up on existing orders
- Data Entry
- General clerical tasks as assigned.
Candidates should have basic skills in MS Excel and type at least 35 wpm.
We are seeking candidates with at least 6 months of office customer service experience.
