Immediate need for an Entry Level Clerical Assistant to support our Santa Clarita Valley corporate office.
Duties include data entry, scanning and filing documents, backing up phones and assisting with special projects as needed.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of general office support experience.
Seeking a candidate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Fast and accurate typing is required.
Experience working in an HR department is helpful.
Bi-Lingual Spanish is helpful.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or better.
