Job Description

Previous experience in bookkeeping/accounting of 3 years or more. Accounting degree or accounting certificate needed.

General accounting including A/P, A/R, expense reimbursement, reconcile bank accounts. Manage bi-weekly payroll and pay bills for multiple companies. Reporting and prepare review financial reports and prepare end of year reports for the CPA. Flexible to work 8 hours between 7a-6p with occasional overtime.
