Job Description

BaronHR is looking for a self motivated individual with strong HR background to help with an HR project for a client of ours in Wilmington, MA.

Schedule: Monday - Friday
7:00am - 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Wilmington, MA

Job Description/ Duties

  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
  • Assist HR department in policy formulation, and hiring
  • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries

Requirements:

  • Strong HR background/ knowledge
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Self Motivated
  • Ability to attend a virtual visual interview ( Zoom, Teams or FaceTime)
