Pay: $60K+/yr DOE

Primary Job Function: The Customer Satisfaction Manager facilitates, monitors, and coordinates department activities to a world class level of B2B and B2C customers. This position is responsible for ensuring the department is operating proactively, optimally and customer demands are being exceeded. The position is responsible for team stakeholder training and continued development. The Manager must ensure the team's goals are aligned with and representative of the company core values, organizational goals and expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a call center environment required.
  • 2 years' experience leading a team.
  • Commitment to satisfying internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of workflow processes and productivity.
  • Ability to mentor and train.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize.
  • Ability to suspend judgment and critique own assumptions.
  • High level of discretion with confidential information.
  • Ability to report and compile data.
  • Proficient with computers, email, and telephone protocol.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
  • Consumer packaged goods industry experience preferred.
