Barker Apartments, QC is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician with leadership skills to join our maintenance team at the leading apartments company in the Quad Cities.

Qualified Maintenance Technician candidates are mechanically inclined, dependable and enjoy various maintenance and labor projects including but not limited to:

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, concrete repair
• Preventative maintenance and upkeep of buildings, common areas and grounds
• Ability to operate power & hand tools, light & heavy equipment, lift 60 pounds
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
