We are currently looking for a Project Planner to join our team in the Kent office. We provide an environment for career advancement and opportunity to work on different types of projects.
Perform due diligence investigations; prepare feasibility reports
Prepare and process land use entitlement applications; represent clients at meetings and hearings
Knowledge of regulations and procedures associated with land use and environmental reviews
Experience working with other land development disciplines (i.e. civil engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, traffic engineering, geotechnical engineering)
Key skills: site planning, technical writing, time management, problem solving, attention to detail, and customer service
AICP certification is a plus
