Job Description
Safran Turney Hospitality is now accepting resumes for the Director of Service.

STH encompasses Little Nonna's, Bud and Marilyn's, barbuzzo, barbuzzo events and the soon to be opened Darling Jack's Tavern. The Service Director will be responsible for all FOH service standards, policies and procedures. The FOh managers and general managers will all report directly to the Service Director and the Service Director will be tasked with all hiring, employee counseling, termination if necessary and training of all FOH staff.

Currently there are 14 managers in the company. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years at the general manager level to apply. Good communication skills, a desire to lift and hold accountable the staff in all areas of hospitality and a love of the restaurant industry are all necessary.
The position will entail a mixture of admin/office days and a few shifts on the floor of the various restaurants. The person will float among the four restaurants and be responsible for all service related issues and policies. The FOH management team will meet with the Service Director weekly for meetings.
The service director will report to the Director of Operations and the Owner in daily reports and bi-weekly in person meetings.
Applicants should enjoy and be able to thrive in multi-unit management and have a dedicated mind set to hire, train, maintain and elevate all FOH staff.
