Bank Midwest is a seeking a full-time Contact Center Associate. This positionis responsible for providing exemplary service to our customers by addressing and resolving issues. Effectively research, analyze, and respond to inbound calls, emails, text messages, chat sessions, and any other communication channels to resolve customerinquiries; assist customers with routine banking transactions through the virtual Interactive Teller Machine. Will make qualified referrals to other departments of the company for investment, insurance, electronic banking, and commercial loan products/services.
The work schedule for this position will typically be8:30 am to 5:30 pm and some Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.When scheduled to work Saturday morning there will be a half day off during the work week.
