BaneCare Management is seeking candidates in the North Shore area who are looking to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Training Program! Our Gloucester and Beverly locations are happy to hire for this training role! We will provide full, in-house Skills and Clinical training for these candidates FREE of cost! We will hire you as an RCA or HHA to join our team, and once you complete the CNA Training Course, you will be hired as a CNA with a pay increase of up to $20/hour AND a retention bonus! We are looking for compassionate and hard-working candidates to join our dedicated nursing team! COME JOIN OUR TEAM!

We have ONE location with open spots offering this special program that will be beginning June 19th, 2023:

• Seacoast, located at 292 Washington St in Gloucester MA 01930
• Ledgewood, our sister facility, is located nearby and accepting CNAs to join this program and work for them in Beverly MA!

Certified Nursing Assistant Program Information:

• 2 days of paid-training that will include General Orientation and Dementia training conducted at Bay Path or Harbor House
• Pick up shifts as an HHA before the program and get PAID
• 20 hours of REMOTE course work (this can be done at home or at the facility if computer-access is limited)
• Skills (19) and Clinical (21 hours) requirements will be PAID for and conducted at Bay Path or Harbor House

Completing the above program will qualify you for employment with Seacoast, Ledgewood or any other BaneCare facility!!
