Job Title: Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading organizations with revenue north of $100MM, heavy sell-side M&A work, experience in the manufacturing industry, and expertise in overseeing and preparing for audits. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience implementing and managing NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the financial operations of the company and provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that support the company's goals and objectives.
Oversee the financial reporting, accounting, and tax compliance functions of the company.
Implement and maintain financial systems and processes, including NetSuite.
Manage and analyze the company's financial performance, and provide regular reports to the executive team.
Oversee the annual audit and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Develop and manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
Manage the company's cash flow and working capital requirements.
Provide financial guidance and support to the executive team and department heads.
Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities.
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
CPA or CFA certification preferred.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong experience with NetSuite and other financial systems.
Experience managing audits and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred.

Compensation: $22,000/month

Location: Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to California
