What We Are Looking For We are looking for a talented, creative transactional Commerical Attorney to join our growing commercial legal team as we partner closely with the business managing the full life-cycle negotiation of complex deals. This job is for the individual who thrives off fast pace, demonstrates insatiable curiosity and an eagerness to learn, pays attention to detail without losing the big picture, is an excellent writer, and excels at offering practical advice in a manner that is understandable to non-lawyers.

What You'll Do

In your role supporting large enterprise accounts and key technology acquisitions, you will interact daily with customers, partners and other internal clients across multiple organizations - including Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, Security and Customer Success. You will structure, negotiate and advise on complex transactions with customers and business partners.

What You Need

• J.D. with strong academic credentials
• 4+ years of legal experience, with at least 2 years of experience negotiating complex technology transactions (e.g., SAAS)
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Ability to structure, draft, redline and negotiate a broad range of contracts and commercial issues
• Proven ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice and distill complex legal issues into digestible concepts that facilitate a non-lawyer's appreciation of both the issue and the associated risk
• Adaptability as the business grows and shifts
• Eager to learn new things
• Proactive, self-motivated, and outcome-oriented
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize competing demands, and set expectations with internal clients
• Intellectually curious, team-oriented, disdain for drama, and a good sense of humor
• A desire to build an exciting career with the Bandwidth Legal team
