Bancroft Healthcare Center is seeking to hire an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Administrator who is responsible for leading and managing the facility and its skilled nursing and rehabilitation programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of high-energy managers and staff members.
- Create an efficient and effective work environment.
- Ensure that the highest quality of care is provided to our clients, and that the needs of all clients are met.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintaining quality public relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Coordinate medical and health services in hospitals, clinics or similar organizations.
- Develop and manage facility budgets.
- Promote the financial growth of the facility.
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
