Administrator II - MTO Support Office
What you'll do:
+ Manage SAP (Veritas) integration into Ball's Enterprise Leaning Management System providing monthly status reports on progress, highlighted risks, and key milestone dates.
+ Develop, manage, document, and communicate project schedules.
+ Work closely with the MTO Support Office Manager, MTO management, leads and department personnel to establish and maintain accurate SharePoint sites.
+ Identify potential metrics to support manufacturing operations and manage the execution of assigned projects.
+ Support capital planning, coordination, and execution.
+ Assist MTO Support Office Manager with the development, verification and commissioning of new certification training courses at Ball Aerospace.
+ Establish relationships with peer teams & internal customers, most importantly Facilities, MTO, Process Control Engineers and Supply Chain.
+ Prepare status reports including value added metrics.
+ Identify synergies to drive efficiency and effectiveness across programs, people, and infrastructure.
+ Continuous improvement: willing and able to identify and implement process, and infrastructure improvements.
+ Provide initiative and organizational problem-solving skills to focus and finish team tasks. Develop, track, and report status of all areas of responsibilities to internal customers.
+ Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
+ Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Unit/Strategic Support Unit and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
+ Perform other duties as necessary.
What you'll need:
+ BS/BA in a related field plus 2 or more years related experience.
+ Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
+ Good oral and written communication skills.
+ Strong project management and self-management skills.
+ Personal integrity & responsibility to execute tasks independently.
+ Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills in relevant business environments.
+ Work is performed in an office environment.
+ Travel and local commute between Ball campuses and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
