Our company is currently seeking a Financial Wellness Benefits Sales Representative that will be responsible for providing a deliverable strategy that will help meet sales quotas and product penetration within our targeted areas and businesses to meet its deliverables while promoting the organization and targeting various employers, financial institutions, and other business sectors.

The position will play a critical role in driving new sales to meet revenue growth targets for internal products and services. As a Financial Wellness Benefits Sales Representative, you will showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. This is a great opportunity for a sales leader to maximize and grow the footprint of a well-respected, high-impact organization.


  • Provide a complete strategy that will meet the organization's sales quotas
  • Establish relationships and secure contracts with new clients
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial client engagement to closed sale
  • Consistently seek wins and drive successful outcomes
  • Engage with potential clients using various direct methods such as emails, phone calls, face to face meetings and networking
  • Independently identify and proactively address prospect's needs and educate them on BALANCE's value proposition
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Make presentations to senior leaders and decision makers
  • Draft and deliver proposals
  • Develop and maintain plans that identify opportunities for BALANCE to deliver value
  • Provide a weekly on pipeline/forecast on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
  • Keep detailed notes on prospect interactions (daily is ideal for accuracy) Present webinars to showcase internal products and services
  • Active on social media to drive B2B sales opportunities
  • Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Provide feedback to management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve the BALANCE brand and reputation
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to clients
  • Be a positive representative of BALANCE and its brand in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Attend trade shows or conferences
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • High-energy professional with minimum of 5 years of related experience required
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience with financial institutions a plus
  • The ideal candidate has experience with creating sales strategies that produce results
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to evaluate options and make decisions on your own with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 plus commissions
