Operations Manager

The main goal of the Operations Manager is to always ensure timely, accurate, and secure shipping and distribution of Balance of Nature products. Elements of prediction and planning strategy will be included in the day-to-day responsibilities of this position. We are looking for someone who has past experience in operations/logistics and the ability to further develop teams and departments as this entity continues to expand and grow.

What You Will Do:

• Clearly report shipping data and information to upper management
• Plan and implement overall shipping strategy
• Oversees and is responsible for the whole shipping process
• Keep shipping operations within an established budget without compromising speed or efficiency
• Suggest solutions for process optimization together with department heads
• Set and control shipping and distribution budget
• Identify shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Inspect completed orders and ensure personnel compliance with policy
• Evaluate carrier performance and resolve issues with orders and logistics
• Oversee the department heads, giving them direction and guidance
• Attend leadership councils and hold regular divisional meetings

Pay: Depends on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
