Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representatives take incoming calls and are the first contact of our customers to help answer questions coming in. This position also transfers customers to the correct department when further help is needed. As a Customer Service Representative, you would work as a part of a team committed to helping customers find success with their Balance of Nature products.

What You Will Do:

• Communicate positively and effectively with customers over the phone

• Help customers resolve their concerns in a professional and timely manner

• Meet standards and quotas set by Balance of Nature and management

• Educate customers on Balance of Nature products and health coaching

• Attend all staff meetings and training

Pay: Begins at $15.00 per hour (full-time) with additional commissions possible giving the potential of $15.00-$18.00 p/h or more depending upon longevity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time preferred, Part-time available

*This position will require onboarding training at 1568 S. River Road #200 St. George, Utah 84790. After completion of training, this position's long-term location will be at 328 Old Highway 91 Hurricane, Utah 84737.
