Job Summary: As a call center representative the main goal is to effectively address customer issues, complaints and inquiries.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
Identify customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs.
Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally.
Meet or exceed call quotas and sales assist quotas, both personally and as a team unit.
Perform duties and responsibilities with customer satisfaction as your number one priority.
High school diploma or GED required
Customer service experience required
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Comfortable using computers (Word, Excel)
1:30 PM- 10:00 PM
2:30 PM-11:00 PM
M-F and 1 Saturday a month from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
*Training will be for 2 weeks for the following times *8:00 AM-5:00 PM M-F
