FT PUBLIC RELATIONS, MARKETING, AND ADVERTISING - ENTRY LEVEL ONLY
We are market leaders within our field are seeking a number of customer service advisors to join our team. You will be responding to customers' and clients' needs, acquiring new customers, processing their orders and assisting with customer inquiries.
Ideally we are looking for previous customer service and sales experience, however, we are happy to consider applicants who feel they possess the right skills to be successful in this role.

Person Profile / Key Skills:
Excellent verbal communication, numeric and literacy skills
Organizational and workload planning ability
Ability to learn and use detailed product knowledge
Ability to adapt to and use various internal processes

Must be reliable, tolerant, and be able to work under pressure. The ability to be professional at all times and represent the company in a professional manner is a prerequisite.
High attention to detail
Comfortable in visiting customers /site locations where relevant
Ability to identify and interpret customers' needs
Can demonstrate delivery of first-class customer service
Promote our clients brand through face to face sales and customer service strategies and provide information on:
product prices and lead times
Develop and maintain good working relationships with specific key customers.
Working closely with the external sales force covering a specific area and customer base including information gathering.
Manage customers service support through the sales process
Update and manage CRM details as required
