Well-respected Back Bay law firm is seeking a top-notch legal assistant for a full-time position (M – F, 9am – 5pm) to provide support to the Corporate Law and Real Estate Departments.
The firm seeks a candidate who will be a team player and self-starter, who possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized and efficient, and has the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Tasks include phone, email and calendar management, document drafting and revising, filing, legal billing, and event organizing. The position requires excellent interpersonal as well as demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office (in particular Word, Excel and Outlook), Workshare Compare, NetDocuments and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent proof-reading and editing skills are a must. Candidates with prior law office experience will receive priority consideration. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
