Assist in creating and maintaining reports on construction funding and work in progress.
Assist legal staff in managing due diligence documents and procedures
Assist in preparing periodic reports re sales and acquisitions in progress
Assist in preparing various releases and certificates in connection with construction contracts
Assist in maintaining project files and file index for the Real Estate division
Assist in maintaining construction escrow files, receipts and disbursements.
Maintain soil reports, environmental and geotechnical testing reports
Assist with implementation of ad valorem tax procedures (valuation review and payment).
General Secretarial and Word Processing
Preparation of correspondence as directed by Division Personnel
Word-process letters of intent (under supervision by legal counsel)
Provide Notary public services
Maintain marketing brochures
Provide receptionist / switchboard relief as necessary and scheduled
Create new project files, filing binders, table of contents, add to master filing index as directed by Division Personnel
Assist in preparation of legal documents as directed by legal counsel
Open and date stamp all mail to Division Personnel
Prepare expense reports as directed by Division Personnel
Make travel arrangements
MS Office (Word, excel, Publisher, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint.
