Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Marketing Manager for Babbington Inc. We are a top producing real estate team and property management company in the Washington, DC market looking to take our brand and business to the next level. The goal of this position is to drive the growth and development of the Babbington brand to propel brand-generated and repeat and referral business opportunities.This is the right job for you if the following are true: You are growth-oriented, open to feedback and focused on doing better each day. You have basic photography, videography, and graphic design skills and a desire to learn these skills at a higher level.Compensation:$50,000 - $60,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Through the following key areas, you will have a tremendous impact on our team: Digital & Print Marketing-- executing active campaigns through multiple social media platforms, team website and email marketing efforts, designing and executing print marketing projects to enhance the portfolio of materials for clients to review at appointmentsClient Care Campaign -- maintaining accurate records of past clients, assisting team leadership with monthly client reach outs, plan and execute annual client care campaign mailers, email newsletters and gifts, client appreciation events, and referral managementContent Creation -- working with agents and team leadership to capture images, information, stories and video for marketing platformsWriting Assistance -- drafting copy for marketing pieces, email campaigns and team leadership follow up for clients or other opportunities CEO Visibility -- working directly with the CEO to build her personal brand, increase her visibility in the real estate community, drive consistency with sphere and past client follow upQualifications:Ability to think big picture and create a cohesive marketing planKnowledge of how to create batched content across many platforms for multiple brands and execute a marketing schedule.Previous experience in social media, digital and print marketing for a business accountBasic Photography/Videography and Editing skills necessary and desire to learn/increase this skillset a must Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva or Adobe Suite) for both digital and print marketing materials Skilled communicator both in writing and in personAbout CompanyBabbington Inc.
