Brooklyn based wholesale company looking for a full time Receptionist to manage our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Greet and welcome visitors
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Order front office supplies when needed
Research and make claims with customer and freight companies
Handling any Customer Service inquiries via email , phone etc. and respond to any issues promptly.
Other administrative tasks, as needed.
Detail oriented and self-motivated with solid written and verbal communication skills.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Outlook
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
