Series A stage startup building the future of digital trust across the internet seeks an Executive Assistant for their CEO. This hire will catalyze maximum output from the CEO and larger team in a dynamic environment with ever evolving priorities, tasks and responsibilities. This is an all-encompassing position with the opportunity to pinch hit in a diverse set of roles, through one of the most exciting stages of a companys trajectory.
THE NITTY GRITTY:
Manage calendaring for CEO, some support for VP Engineering and VP operations.
Organize domestic and international travel for CEO and executive team.
Calendaring and coordination of internal team meetings, agenda development.
Keep tabs on time sensitive tasks and provide organizational support for the CEO.
Intuition for how to best gatekeep CEOs time in face of demands from internal team and external resources, help organize and keep track of tasks, and in general keep pace with evolving priorities on a minute to minute basis.
Provide high level support two offices: interface with accounting for bill payment, procure office equipment and supplies, manage vendors.
Help foster positive, communicative company culture.
Assist with HR processes, new employee on-boarding, people operations.
Plan and facilitate team events (virtual & in person), happy hours, and celebrations
Responsible for light personal assistant task; may include coordinating and, as needed, sourcing additional domestic resources (housekeeping/cleaning, childcare - family has live in nanny to care for young child), manage appointments, interface with property managers, assist with and help organize events, coordinating personal travel, occasional errands).

Communicate effectively and efficiently.
Ability to operate highly independently with limited direction.
Demonstrate impeccable judgement, discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality in scenarios involving sensitive outside relationships as well as internal. In this role you will be exposed to high profile customer, partner, government agency and investor relationships, and interface with internal and external legal, finance, HR, PR resources.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills: help keep the pulse of the team across offices, as well as remote team members.
Proactively identify problems and present solutions without prompting.
Identify and articulate any gaps in resources to support the needs of the company.
Operate well under pressure, in an exciting, evolving and sometimes chaotic environment.
Be an active learner, willing to take on new responsibilities and adopt new systems/tools
Familiarity with task management tools, Google G Suite, etc
Experience in rapid growth stages of a company
Experience with environments that include confidential and government contracting.
Ability to travel occasionally with the CEO is a nice to have but not mandatory
