We are seeking a well-rounded and talented individual with high energy who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position also performs and supervises other administrative and office support activities. You need to have the ability to work without supervision and take initiative to keep all important business functions running smoothly. Not limited to the duties defined below and will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

The Office/Administrative Manager supports all our employees and customers by maintaining many office administrative processes and systems to include but not limited to the following; scheduling sales appointments, dispatching service, quoting, managing customer service processes, supporting and promoting process improvements, inventory control and many other day to day office activities.

Strong computer skills are a must and the ability to prioritize workload to meet sales/customer's needs. Must be able to work with minimum supervision, detail oriented, have customer service skills, strong written and communications skills, be organized, maintain professionalism and sensitive to confidential matters.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Required Experience/ Skills

Position requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a business environment with office management background. Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and any CRM system is required. Position requires exceptional people skills including written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for a team player and proven self-starter with strong initiative. Must be have the ability to work proactively and multi-task.
