Job Description
Be a part of a business that has been around for over 30 years, BSG Maintenance. We provided exceptional services for healthcare facilities. BSG Maintenance is partnered with a facility in Berlin, WI. This facility is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor.
Details: Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations for the facility, while maintaining a professional and positive relationship with the facility and the residents we serve.
Job Duties:
- Scheduling yourself and team members
- Assists in daily cleaning/laundry (this is a working role)
- Product ordering
- Attending meetings and building relationships with our clients and residents
- Strong organization skills
- Understands how to get work done through entry level staff
- Manages labor budgets
- Make sure rooms are ready for admissions
- Liaison between facility and BSG, communicating and needs or concerns
- Positives attitude and good attendance
EOE. Must pass caregiver background check.
