Project Analyst or Programmer Analyst (Kronos-A Must) Citizen-GC only!

A major organization over 75 yrs old that employs several thousand employees in the North Eastern states with excellent benefits and reputation has an immediate need to fill an important role! This organization will not be affected by current economic conditions!!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manage projects for the Kronos/UKG application/Peoplesoft
• Drive and define strategic initiatives such as forecasting, advance scheduling, analytics, and employee self-service
• Identify, analyze, and translate areas of opportunity within the business process(forecasting, scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, reporting, etc)
• Coordinate with external consulting to amplify internal staffing capabilities
• Develop and deliver data-driven solutions and act as the SME to business partners
• Formulate KPIs and other business insight reporting including ETL developments
• Partner with leadership to roadmap future developments and critical upgrades.
• Develop team member’s hard and soft skill sets
• Serve as the first point of contact for escalation
• Document technical workflow and procedures.

Needed Skills:

• Oracle SQL
• Knowledge of Windows servers(Event manager, task scheduler, batch/PowerShell script, etc)
• Agile Project Management
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of MSSQL
• Kronos Certifications in WFAN, WTK, WFS/WFF, and/or ATK
• Knowledge of Network (TCP/IP) or general system architecture
• Jira
• Git
• Java
