This Registered Nurse (RN) position earns acompetitive wage, depending on experience, and is eligible for a$1500 signing bonus. As a home health and hospice RN for BRIO, you will provide home health & hospice nursing for patients in their home. You will closely collaborate with the attending physician, patients, families, and other members of the patient care team for continuity of patient care to help patients resume their independence and/or provide them the quality of life they deserve. Our home health team offers the following clinicians: skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupation therapy, speech therapy, social services, and aide services. Our hospice team offers the following clinicians: medical director, skilled nursing, social services, chaplain, and aide services.

Role:

Assess and reassess all physical, environmental and emotional factors to determine home health needs for patients in the home setting.

Work in cooperation with the family/caregiver and IDT to meet the emotional needs of the patient/family/caregiver.

Actively participate in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) conferences

Requirements:

Positive and friendly nurse.

Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Idaho.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a registered nurse (RN).

Current CPR certification.

Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance to complete home visits.

Must be open minded and teachable.

Must pass background check.
