Come help us grow! Bristol Morgan Bank is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR you will play a key role in our success and delivering a positive experience to our customers. The CSR is the first point of contact with our customers and is responsible for delivering accurate and professional service. Our CSR’s perform intermediate duties and support related to branch operational activities and financial services.
Previous teller or cash handling experiences is required. Interested candidates must enjoy providing an excellent customer experience and possess attention to detail.
Process customer deposits
Accurately post loan transactions
Issuing cashier’s checks
Maintain knowledge of the banks products and services
Accurately balance a drawer
Assist with safe deposit boxes
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate area
Actively work with all employees and offices to ensure the needs of our customers are met
Previous teller or cash handling experience
Previous customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
