The Inside Sales Representative is a primary point of contact for our customers. As you manage calls with customers, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You also need to be able to close the sales and meet targets. To be successful, you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. This is a sales minded role with production goals and clear targets. In this role you will partner with our outside sales team to ensure mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large number of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Continued follow through with sales expectations
  • Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by utilizing the tools provided
  • Meet personal/customer sales targets
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers


  • 1-3 years experience in sales preferred
  • General construction/remodeling knowledge is a plus
