Sales Force System Administrator
Location: Central NJ
Salary/Wage: Competitive Salary and Benefit Package

Relevant Work Experience: 5+ years Sales Force Administration Experience. Proven ability to utilize Salesforce.com as a sales analysis tool
Education Level: Bachelors’ Degree or higher with General concepts Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Salesforce.com Administrator Certificate and Pardot Interfacing experience a plus.
Job Description:
A professional engineering/construction company in Middlesex County is seeking a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 5 years’ hands on experience with Sales Force systems administration to oversee system support and roll-out of newly implemented Salesforce System software and provide daily support for both employee communities and Salesforce service cloud. Ensuring that maximized efficiency and capitalizing on full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage changes to Salesforce system
Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes
Proactively gather feedback from users
Manage System changes without interruption to the user
Communicate & guide users on system changes
Modify system as needed to increase benefits and usability
Manage all processes that impact/relate to Salesforce.com
Manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently out new features
Provide support functions as needed
Provide sales and financial data to company executives
Maintain Security and Integrity
Map Salesforce.com hierarchy and territories in response to personnel changes
Grant/remove and maintain user licenses, security levels & sharing rules
Monitor application storage usage and archive as needed
User Assistance, training, adoption and satisfaction
Create & administer training to existing and new users as well as ongoing training
Expand use of Salesforce.com
Data quality, migration maintenance
Assist in migration from older systems/process into Salesforce.com
Monitor neglected leads, opportunities. Accounts and contacts as appropriate
Monitor and manage exception logs for back end system integration with SFDC
Monitor and improve data integrity
Create and maintain dashboards
Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance
Develop complex, macro driven reports to summarize system information for senior management
Build and manage report folders for reps to improve sales efficiency
