Job Description
Boulangerie Christophe Bakery in Washington, DC is looking for one baker to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 1422 Wisconsin Ave Nw. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Baker a plus
