Graphic Designer

Job Description:

Blue Sky Media is seeking a talented freelance graphic designer to join our team. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to use your creative talent to build and develop our brands. We are looking for someone who can think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Projects will range from website design to logo development. You will work closely and collaborate with our content and marketing associates as well as our graphic designers in Prague, Czech Republic and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

This position can be project based to start. It can quickly fold into a part-time/full-time position. Flexible scheduling is available.

Job Responsibilities:

• Website design and development
• Incorporate UI/UX best practices in website design and layout, and adapt designs for mobile
• Design and create marketing collateral
• Conceptualize and design B2B and B2C marketing correspondence
• Assist in creating marketing graphics for social media
• Design Keynote/PowerPoint templates and presentations
• Help develop a creative strategy for various projects.

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign)
• HTML and web design experience
• Familiarity with print design
• Proficiency in presentation software such as Keynote and Powerpoint
• Attention to detail and excellent proofing skills
• Ability to keep an organized workflow
• Adaptable to changes in projects and priorities
