Under supervision of the Senior Project Manager, the Project Administration Coordinator will maintain the day-to-day administrative functions within the post-sale Laser, Saw, End-forming Department and will assist the Project Management department as needed.

Complete purchase requisitions under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager
Complete and distribute Laser, Saw, End-forming project documentation and timeline to customers
Serve as the main contact for Project Management communications and interactions with customers
Create installation Microsoft Teams channels as needed, add documentation, and add members as needed
Monitor installation Microsoft Teams channels and verify completion of checklists
Participate in the development and execution of department tracking projects, including the non-conformance system, TGR-TGW, lessons learned, and other projects as needed
Participate in the development and execution of a BLM quality system
Manage shipping and tracking of installation job boxes and other special tooling
Complete and manage post-installation surveys and final communication with customers
Participate in cross-functional special department projects as required
Create PowerPoint presentations as needed
Other duties as assigned by management
High School Diploma required
Associates Degree in Administration, Business, or related field preferred (Military or work experience can be substituted for education)
Two or more years of experience as an office coordinator preferably within a customer service or technical environment
Knowledge, Skills, and other Abilities
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Access preferred
Highly organized; thorough and efficient; methodical and detailed worker
Able to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision
Ability to create, maintain, and manage a project plan
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to effectively listen, understand, and analyze problems
Excellent time management skills
Able to meet deadlines and communicate deadlines to other team members
Able to effectively work with all levels of team members
Fluent in Italian preferred but not required

General office equipment, including, computers, printers, fax machines and telephones

The incumbent works primarily in an office environment, based out of BLMs Novi, MI offices.
The position requires only occasional travel for training or similar activities.
