This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our successful kitchen and bath company in Englewood as Showroom Coordinator.
For over 40 years, BKC Kitchen and Bath has been Colorado's premier supplier of cabinetry and award-winning design and service, helping homeowners and contractors alike build stunning kitchens, baths and whole-house cabinet projects across Metro-Denver and beyond.
We are looking for just the right individual to join our administrative team, who understands what it means to provide exceptional customer service with a positive outlook and professional attitude.
Core Showroom Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers, on the phone and in person
- Facilitate showroom appointments for Design team and assist with general customer needs
- Maintain high standards of organization and tidiness in our industry-leading showroom
- Manage stock of product samples, literature, marketing materials and office supplies
- Monitor sample check-out program
- Act as BKC liaison with vendors and product reps
- Track visitor activity; maintain showroom appointment calendar
Core Administrative Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Administrative team, Design team, and Owner
- Process weekly accounts payable and customer invoicing
- Complete daily customer deposits
- Maintain installation calendars
- Perform general office duties including, but not limited to, answering phones, processing mail, creating and using Microsoft Office documents and spreadsheets, pulling monthly reports, and maintaining a cohesive filing system
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years administrative support experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Outstanding customer service and people skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and courteous disposition
- Organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks and systems
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to problem-solve
- Must possess a sense of urgency and be proactive about all duties
- Must be able to perform tasks efficiently and independently
- General knowledge of kitchen and bath industry/interior design a plus
- Must be able to work Tuesday-Friday 8AM-5PM and Saturdays 10AM-3PM.
Benefits:
- $17 - $19/hr DOE
