Compensation manager is responsible for leading compensation related projects that insure exempt, nonexempt, and driver pay remain competitive with external market, creating and enforcing policies and prevents procedures that ensure all compensation practices are consistent with applicable federal and state laws, and managing daily initiatives and communications.
Bachelor degree in business, HR, accounting/finance
Five years of compensation or related experience
Strong MS office skills including Word and Excel, PowerPoint would be useful PeopleSoft experience preferred
Must have excellent compensation experience
Knowledge of driver payroll programs and systems
